Recently I bought a headboard from Wayfair. However, it wasn’t exactly what I had anticipated it would be. It looked a lot different than the picture, darker and with a green tint to it. So I decided to give it a makeover.
Anyone who works at LOFT or who has shopped there might remember the blue and white canvas banners hanging in the Windows. If you don’t, we had 3 large canvas banners hanging from our windows that were awesome and once we were done using them we were just going to throw them out so I decided to take them home. I figured I would have some use for them somewhere… A few months later I found something.
The pattern and color was perfect for the headboard! I cut the banner to size and used a staple gun to attach it to the headboard I already had. Since I like to change things up a lot it was perfect because I can take it off and replace it down the road if I decide to!
