Now that the striped accent wall was completely free we figured it would be a much better location for our coffee bar.
I decided to move the media console from my room to the kitchen to use as a coffee bar.
The console table was just too large for the small space in my room and the current table we were using as a coffee bar was just too small. Here’s what we were using as our coffee bar before

I repainted the console table Behr Lunar Surface to add some contrast to the very bright kitchen.
I got the chalkboard from Hobby Lobby on sale for $5 and then used chalkboard markers to write a quote on it that I felt worked well with our family – especially my mom!
“GIVE ME COFFEE TO CHANGE THE THINGS I CAN & WINE TO CHANGE THE THINGS I CANNOT”

I added paper cache letters spray painted with Rustoleum Oil Rubbed Bronze to spell out “COFFEE”

Jake brought me the smaller sign from his work (The Lucketts Store) which was a perfect addition to our coffee bar.
I got the distressed arrow hooks from hobby lobby. Unfortunately they aren’t available anymore, but hobby lobby is my #1 place for awesome knobs and hooks!

I’m super pleased with how it turned out & it is a much better working coffee bar than before!
