Like most of the house, the walls in the kitchen were awful. and the kitchen definitely needed an update. Here’s what the kitchen looked like before. {please note the furniture is from the previous owner.}
When we moved in we repainted the walls and cabinets in the kitchen. You can read more about that here and here. Later I added a frame accent wall to the back wall.
You can see the post here. But it didn’t take long until I realized I was over it and decided to do something different. I decided to paint a striped accent wall along the back wall.
I used Valspar Ghost Ship and Valspar Lilac Muse for the stripes.
